Ana is inspired by the infinite potential within all people. Walking alongside and supporting whānau in their journey for wellbeing, sparks the passion that fuels her drive to continually be in service of others.
Ana believes hugely in whanaungatanga, by working together, sharing skills and experiences which in turn strengthens the mana and mauri of our people.
Ana has 14 years’ experience within the government sector, employment industry and the rangatahi space with roles in facilitation, coordinating and running events.
Ana is extremely passionate about sport and is an actively involved in rugby league, kiwi tag, netball, waka ama and touch with various roles including Module Coordinator, Coach and Manager. She even finds time to play netball, tag and touch!
Ana also knows that sport is a foundation to establishing whakawhanaungatanga and kōtahitanga amongst whānau and communities.
Ana is currently attending Waikato University where she is extending her reo and knowledge around tikanga.
